FR Contractors and Investors, Inc. recently completed an interior house painting project in Phoenix, MD, focusing on the main living areas of a beautiful home in the Summer Hill Neighborhood. Over five days, our expert team meticulously repaired, primed, and painted the ceiling, walls, and trim, using premium Sherwin-Williams paints to achieve a flawless finish. This project highlights our commitment to precision, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Background/Story:
Will and Laura, homeowners in Phoenix, MD, were referred to us by a previous customer and entrusted us with the task of transforming their home’s main living areas. Their large house features an open two-story foyer that presents unique challenges, including the need for scaffolding to repair and paint the center of the ceiling. Our team was up to the task, ensuring that every detail, from the spindles on the stairway to the walls below the chair rail, was expertly handled.
Scope of Services:
- Ceiling: Repaired damaged areas, applied primer, and finished with two coats of paint.
- Walls: Repaired and primed all surfaces, followed by two coats of finish paint.
- Trim: Sanded, cleaned, caulked, and painted the trim, including spindles, stair risers, and the area below the chair rail.
