FR Contractors and Investors recently completed an interior painting project for a lovely residential home in Baltimore City, MD. The interior residential project spanned 8 working days and included painting three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the second-floor hallway and stairway. We repaired, primed, and painted the walls and ceilings in all rooms with two coats of Benjamin Moore Regal. The trim was carefully sanded, cleaned, caulked, and painted with Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane for a clean, polished finish. The cost for this transformation was between $12,000 and $13,000.
Background/Story:
This project was a repeat customer, which speaks volumes about the quality of our work.
