Project Description
FR Contractors and Investors, Inc. recently completed a four-day residential interior painting and ceiling smoothing project in Parkton, MD. The 350 sq. ft. ceiling was stripped of heavy texture, skim coated, primed, and painted—all while carefully protecting the freshly painted walls. We used high-performance Sherwin-Williams and BIN products for a clean, flawless finish.
Background/Story:
This Parkton couple had already refreshed their walls and wanted to take their interior renovation further by removing the outdated textured ceiling. The catch? They needed it done quickly—and without damaging the newly painted walls. That’s where we came in.
Even though our quote was higher than others, they chose us because we were available to meet their timeline and they felt confident we’d do it right. With full plastic protection over the walls and careful, methodical work, we gave them the smooth ceiling they envisioned—on time and on budget.
