FR Contractors and Investors recently completed an exterior painting project in White Hall, MD, transforming an aging outdoor space into a fresh, inviting area perfect for relaxation. Over a span of 7-10 days, we replaced rotted wood, thoroughly cleaned and prepped the surfaces, and applied a rich, solid stain that made the deck look brand new. The Sherwin-Williams SuperDeck in Granite gave the deck a stunning, long-lasting finish, ready to withstand years of outdoor use.
Background/Story:
A couple looking to restore their well-loved deck discovered us on social media and reached out to see if we could bring their vision to life. The deck was showing significant wear, with rotted posts, rails, and boards, and they wanted it fully restored for summer enjoyment. We were excited to take on this challenge and knew exactly how to give it a fresh start.
From the initial wood replacement to the final coat of stain, every step was handled with care and attention to detail. We replaced all the rotted wood, pressure-washed every inch, then scraped and sanded to create the perfect base for staining. The result was a sturdy, beautiful deck that fits right into the charm of their rural home.
